Based on a traditional Ghanaian recipe that adds a hint of a finely balanced blend of herbs and spices to tomatoes, peppers and shrimp. This is special because the finest peppers are carefully selected to develop its unique aroma to give your food a delicious piquant flavour and liven up your meals.
Ingredients
Shrimps, chillies, sunflower oil, onion, ginger, tomatoes puree, salt, spices and herbs.
No added preservative or additives.
The sauce can be eaten with Kenkey, banku, rice, roast, chicken, fish, sandwiches, pasta, potatoes, noodles, BBQ food or rub into meat or poultry before roasting or grilling.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within two weeks.
