Postage Delivery & Delivery Charges 

Shipping Information 

Delivery is currently only within the UK. All orders are usually dispatched to arrive within 1-5 working days unless otherwise specified on individual products. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail, registered post or courier depending on the weight for next day delivery, both often requires a signature. Order by midday for guaranteed next day delivery. 
 
Orders can take up to a business day to be processed and are shipped the following day if the order arrived late at night. Unfortunately, we might not be able to offer overnight shipping in this case, nor can we ship to PO boxes. Urgent orders can be collected by notification. Message link 

Returns and Refunds 

The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Da-shika that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods to us. 
 
We want you to be completely happy with your order. We take steps to ensure that all goods and parcels that leave our warehouse are in perfect condition. However, should you receive an item that is faulty, such as becoming damaged in transit, you can contact us at sales@dashika.co.uk and we will be able to assist you with exchanges or alternatives. 
 
If for any reason you are not satisfied Da-shika gratefully accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, damaged or defective products, in exchange or refund. If the item is damaged, we will provide an exchange or refund if we are notified of the incident within 7 days from the same day that the goods are received, and proof of the damaged item provided to us in the form of photographs sent via sales@dashika.co.uk. 
 
Returned products should include the Da-shika’s packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used products cannot be returned. Returns should also be accompanied by the original receipt where possible. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.  
If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return: Your name and billing address. 
The name, address and postcode of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift. The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase. The item number of the goods, if available. 
 
Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return. Da-shika is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty of care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We recommend that you use a secure shipper which will retain the proof of sending. 
 
The buyer is responsible to return postage costs. Also, as Da-shika generously offers free postage for over £100.00 purchases, postage cost will be deducted when a refund is issued on a free postage item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the fitness for purpose of any items purchased from Dashika Limited. 
 
We receive many complements for our excellent customer service but if a customer has any cause to complain this will be dealt with instantly and any problems rectified as soon as possible. 
 
Any orders placed through the site are considered as a request to purchase and are subject to there being stock available at the time of ordering. Although every effort is made to remove items that are out of stock from sale this may not always be possible. 

Privacy Policy 

All information supplied to Dashika will remain private and confidential and treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not store or share credit card information with third parties. 
 
Images and content shown on www.dashika.co.uk remain the property of the company and business partners.
